Dialogica Won’t Open

If Dialogica does not open, use the steps below to rule out the most common causes.

1. Restart Dialogica

Close Dialogica completely and open it again.

2. Restart your computer

Restart Windows or macOS, then try opening Dialogica again.

3. Check for a security or permission prompt

On Windows, check for a Microsoft Defender SmartScreen or endpoint-security notification. On macOS, check System Settings > Privacy & Security for any message related to Dialogica.

4. Confirm Dialogica is installed correctly

On macOS, Dialogica should be in the Applications folder. On Windows, use the Dialogica application installed by the official Dialogica installer.

5. Contact support

If Dialogica still will not open, contact Dialogica Support and include your operating system, Dialogica version, a screenshot of any error, and what happened immediately before the problem started.
