Category: Troubleshooting   |    Audience: All users   |   Suggested slug: contact-dialogica-support

What to include in your request

Providing the following information helps the support team understand and investigate the issue:

  • A short, specific description of the problem.
  • Whether you are using Windows or macOS.
  • Your Dialogica version, available under Settings > App version.
  • What you were doing immediately before the issue occurred.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot of the error or unexpected behavior, if available.

Before sending screenshots or files

Protect client information  Do not include confidential client information, matter names, documents, email contents, privileged communications, credentials, or other sensitive work product in a screenshot, attachment, or support request.

Crop or redact screenshots before attaching them. Include only the portion needed to show the issue.

Submit a support ticket

Step 1  |   Open the Dialogica Help Center

Visit the support portal using the link below.

support.dialogicaai.com/support/home

Step 2  |   Select Submit a ticket

Open the ticket form from the Help Center navigation.

Step 3  |   Complete the request

Enter your contact information, choose the closest issue type, describe the problem, and attach only non-sensitive screenshots or files.

Step 4  |   Submit and retain the ticket number

Keep the confirmation or ticket number so you can follow up on the same request without opening a duplicate ticket.

If your device is managed by your organization

Your organization may require you to contact its internal IT help desk first, especially for administrator permissions, antivirus or endpoint-protection settings, software deployment, or organization-managed connections.

For faster support

  • Use one ticket for one issue whenever possible.
  • Reply to the existing ticket if the same problem continues; do not submit a duplicate request.
  • Include any new error message and the approximate time the issue occurred.
